PDF parsing & data entry

A few things I've built and shipped. Most repos include a README with data, steps to run, and visuals.
End-to-end Python pipeline that extracts data from thousands of PDFs, populates Excel sheets, uploads records to a SQL Server database, and auto-generates violation notices (NOVs) ready for manager signature. The extraction phase alone has saved over 760 hours of manual labor.

Custom SQL views surface the right data for each report type. Python pulls from these views to auto-fill NOV templates, cutting 10-15 minutes per notice.
760+ hours saved on document processing. At 500 NOVs per year, the report generator saves an additional 125 hours. Notices now only require a manager's signature.
Automated intake-to-dashboard pipeline reduced response time from 4 days to under 3 hours by removing manual handoffs.
Python parses structured emails/Excel, normalizes fields, and writes a single source-of-truth table.

Single-pane status visibility; bottleneck alerts; consistent audit history for handoffs.
